The Photos - The Heart of Your Scrapbook
Photos of course are the most significant
part of your scrapbook, but perhaps your photos
are not the best quality or contain annoying
flaws such as "red eye". I can re-touch
and digitally enhance many photos helping their
quality improve dramatically. And as your scrapbooking
consultant I can determine if a photo would
be better utilized cropped for additional emphasis

Ensuring a Lasting Quality Scrapbook
Memorabilia is also an important aspect of
many of my personal albums. I save everything.
Ticket stubs, park maps, newspaper clippings,
just about everything. Unfortunately much of
the memorabilia we collect is not of archival
quality. You've seen what happens to an old
newspaper after it has been around for awhile.
It yellows and gets brittle. This is due to
the acid and lignin in the paper it is printed
on. I can use special sprays to make memorabilia
less susceptible to the acid and/or lignin
that they contain. I can also, scan your pieces
into my computer and reprint them on acid free/lignin

Design and Creation
Often we take several photos of the same event which always creates more photos than we really need. I can help you pick the best photos, the ones that capture the feeling of the event, cropping when necessary to enhance the focus and meaning of your page.
As a scrapbooking consultant and designer,
I can create single scrapbook pages for you,
full albums, gift albums, drop-in albums (where
you add your own photos later), or even commemorative
altered items such as framed pages or wall
